Steve Young is the Managing Partner of Downtown Recruitment and has been working within the family business since 1997. In that time he has gained a wealth of recruitment experience in both the temporary and permanent sectors across a broad range of disciplines. He also has several years of hands on experience of running the Temporary desk. He originally graduated from the university of The West of England in 1994 where he gained a 2.1 in Valuation & Estate Management.
